Standard Operating Procedures

The Business Manager of Fredonia Radio Systems (FRS) is the financial control officer of the organization. This position satisfies the Student Association designation of Treasurer for the FRS signature card. You will be responsible for not only maintaining those responsibilities required by the Student Association, you will also carry out fiscal planning and legal documentation for all of Fredonia Radio Systems.

Duties:

*Governing Documents

*Upholding Student Association Requirements and Relationships

* Obtaining Purchase Orders

*Maintaining Ledgers and Budget

*Developing Fiscal Budget for Following Academic Year

*Attending Treasury related Meetings

* Keeping Track of Bills and Deposits

* Webcasting Contract

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is appointed by the Business Manager, and (s)he shall report their progress directly to the Business Manager.

Duties:

● Organize sales and underwriting

● Sell spots

● Follow FCC regulations regarding non-commercial stations

● Manage a sales team
