We’re Back!!

Fredonia Radio Systems is back at it again, and we would just like to update you on what’s been going around at the station since the semester began!

During Move-In day, a few of us hung out at the Welcome Tent to play music for the incoming freshman while they unpacked. We had fun playing the top hits and some of our favorite throwbacks!

For Welcome Back Week, Spectrum invited us to live broadcast their Luau Party on the Tim Horton’s patio. The campus Accappella groups performed, and we interviewed freshman about their first week at Fredonia!

This past Wednesday was Activities Night, where new students can learn how to join different clubs on campus. We showed up in our Fredonia Radio gear and cheered on every new student who signed up!

The next night we had about 120 people show up to our first General Body meeting!! It seems as if we were pretty convincing at Activities Night! After the meeting, people lined up at the station to sign up for show times and to become assistants to our E-Board.
